Match the motor to the system

EVDrive evaluates the motor, inverter, battery pack, battery management system (BMS), cooling, and duty cycle as one powertrain. Explore preliminary EVD-M-100 and EVD-M-200 data below, then bring EVDrive the application requirements.

EVD-M-200 electric motor

System-level engineering

A motor specification is only the starting point. Available output depends on pack voltage, phase current, inverter compatibility, thermal management, gearing, packaging, and the operating profile of the vehicle or machine.

Standalone hardware or an integrated driveline

EVDrive supports builders who need compatible motor hardware and small original equipment manufacturers that need the full system designed together. Cascadia Motion hardware remains available by inquiry, while the EVD-M line adds compact options with preliminary specifications shown below.

Built around the application

Share the required torque, speed, voltage, duty cycle, envelope, and cooling constraints. EVDrive can assess the fit and identify what must be validated before final design decisions are made.

Validation status: These values and the efficiency map are preliminary. EVDrive notes that the specifications must be confirmed by dynamometer testing upon receipt.

How to use this material

The supplied graphics help screen an application, but they are not final certified performance curves. EVDrive can turn the preliminary motor data into an engineering conversation about the entire powertrain.

Start with the duty cycle

Define continuous and peak torque, speed range, duration, gearing, and the real operating environment before selecting on peak output alone.

Match voltage and current

Confirm pack voltage, inverter compatibility, current limits, battery management, and protection requirements as one electrical architecture.

Close the loop on the dyno

Use dynamometer testing to confirm performance and thermal behavior before treating preliminary values as final design inputs.

Preliminary engineering data

Download the original preliminary EVD-M specification sheets to screen a motor against the proposed voltage, current, torque, speed, package, and thermal envelope. EVDrive reviews final fit at the system level.

Preliminary technical material only. Values and simulated efficiency maps require dynamometer confirmation before they are used as final design inputs, purchase specifications, or certification evidence.
