EVDrive BMS isn’t just another Battery

Management System. It’s a Better BMS.

• EVDRIVE BMS IS CONFIGURABLE:  We offer powerful configuration software to tailor the BMS to the specifications of your specific battery pack, including cell type, cell configuration, PDU and system components, and user preferences.
• EVDRIVE BMS IS COMPACT:  Our BMS master fits on a 100 mm X 100 mm circuit board, small enough to fit in the PDU (which typically is in the battery box). Our 18 cell-group satellite boards are 64 mm X 67 mm, small enough to be integrated into the battery module. The point is that the whole BMS system can be in the battery box where it belongs instead of being in a separate box somewhere else.
• EVDRIVE BMS IS DISTRIBUTED:  With satellite boards in each module there is no need for high voltage wires running from each cell group to a BMS box somewhere else; all communication between the master and the satellites is by low-voltage communication Bus. This is especially important when there are multiple battery boxes which in non-distributed BMS require dangerous high voltage wires running through the vehicle.
